including 281 stage miles mainly on gravel, rallying in 3 different countries starting in wales, then travelling through england and up to scotland. it certainly wasn't without drama, as the historic ********************************************************************* march the iconic arrows a1 of jamie brashaw featuring its gathercole dfv engine made its first public appearance at the goodwood members meeting. and it couldn't have been any better as the photos will demonstrate. although the event was a 'high speed demonstration' there was no holding back, and jamie took to the front row alongside nick padmore and dario franchitti! ********************************************************************* february in case you have been wondering what we have been up to over the winter months.... we have been rebuilding a v12 engine for this very special jaguar xj13. this fantastic car, which is the culmination of many years of work by neville swales, was shown for the first time at march to bring his arrows to the goodwood members meeting in march. ********************************************************************* richard evans finished the season in style at the hscc finals at silverstone where he took the overall win in the derek bell race in his formula atlantic march 79b. richard took the lead from the powerful f5000 chevron of neil glover on lap 9. well done richard on a superb performance. richard evans, the giant-killer, in his march 79b atlantic, according to historic racing ********************************************************************* october another noisy day testing at donington park with jamie brashaw in his arrows a1. ********************************************************************* kind words from another satisfied customer "hello david & lorraine, last weekend was my first outing with the chevron b19. since this was my first race weekend with a serious sports racer (aside of 2 weekends with my slower brabham bt8) this was a real challenge to learn to drive the car. we did not have an opportunity to try it out before, d ue to the late completion and the rainy weather during the previous weekend. friday practice sessions were ok, some suspension adjustments, getting comfortable, etc. - it's a high revving engine and different from my previous experiences. by saturday morning i did an ok. qualifying, then moving up in the sports racer + formula group gradually during two 15 min. races on saturday and two races on sunday to win the sunday points race (including fastest lap). that was incredible - not that i had to pass any professionals, but we have some pretty good drivers in our groups. your engine has outstanding power from 7000 up, but i still have to learn to stay out of the lower revs." well done ralf, we are looking forward to you getting lots more excellent results. ********************************************************************* august jamie brashaw's arrows a1 takes to the track at donington for a shake down, all looking good for further outings later in the year. ********************************************************************* july great article in historic racing technology about the lotus twin cam ********************************************************************* the david gathercole race preparation website is now updated with lots of youtube footage, so do please take a look, http://davidgathercole.co.uk/links.html and if you want to send in some of yours please let us have the link. ********************************************************************* the hscc annual brands hatch superprix meeting had many large grids and despite the silverstone classic only being 2 weeks away many gathercole drivers were out in force. david had been invited to drive the ex jo bonnier, gitanes lola 290 of mark richardson which sported one of our bdg's. mark was pleased to qualify 4th overall, and delighted when stood on the podium with david to collected the trophy for 3rd overall in the pre-80 endurance race. meanwhile andrew smith took the f2 races down to the wire in his bda powered march which he took to 2nd overall (1st in class), only beaten by the full f2 march of darwin smith. other sterling performances in the f2 races came from jamie brashaw in his chevron b25 with gathercole bdg; and steve allen in his march 782 with gathercole bmw. meanwhile, steve allen and andy huxtable took class wins in the derek bell races. and, bh report from richard rowe - sorry for missing you off cracked exhaust completely in q, only did 4 laps went rapidly from 7th on the grid to 2nd and mostly matched the newer car of ian pearson for speed but could not catch him if i had started at the front could have worried him into a mistake and repeated the silverstone result! ( said the driver) thanks again for a whizzy engine - richard rowe lorraine had a weekend off ahead of the silverstone classic but managed to take some great photos. ********************************************************************* may hscc donington park richard evans put on a supreme performance in the derek bell race in his gathercole bda atlantic march to take pole position from the f5000's. richard stormed away at the start and built up a 12 second advantage by lap 5 when the safety car was called in to intervene, at the re-start richard again rushed away and won the race outright by a further 12 seconds. richard also achieved fastest lap with a time of 105.62 a staggering 108.56 mph over the lap. this also gave richard the lap record from andrew smith in the same car earlier in the month! ********************************************************************* hscc silverstone international meeting. driver of the meeting has to go to richard evans. richard drove his bda powered march 79b to pole position in the derek bell trophy qualifying with a sub 2 minute lap. then whilst leading race 1, he suffered a puncture. race 2 he started from the back (because of his dnf in race 1) and came through to lead the race by lap 5. richard won by close to 20 seconds from the f5000 of ian ashley. richard also took fastest lap in both races. other notable performances were: martyn donn and andy huxtable class 1/2 in the derek bell. steve allen took two class seconds in derek bell. nelson rowe took the outright win in historic ff2000. andrew storer had a class win historic ff2000 and lorraine gathercole took a class second in historic formula junior. ********************************************************************* well done andrew smith in his march 79b, 3rd overall and 1st in class in his gathercole bda powered formula atlantic in the historic f2 championship race at the donington historic festival. smashing his own formula atlantic lap record by 1.2 seconds!!!!!!!!! meanwhile steve allen scored a great 5th overall in his newly acquired march 782 with gathercole bmw. ********************************************************************* april richard evans, andrew storer & clive wood start the race season in style with class wins in derek bell trophy, historic ff2000 & classic clubmans. the hscc thruxton easter revival meeting was the first race of the year for many of our customers, congratulations on the first of many wins this year for our customers. ********************************************************************* march jamie brashaw had his first outing of the year at a donington park test day. jamie was in his gathercole bdg powered chevron b25. it looked and sounded fantastic and went very well indeed. ********************************************************************* january firstly happy new year to all our friends, customers and future friends and customers. we have had one of our busiest winters ever, with a number of cars changing hands, restorations under way and new plans and new customers. the restoration of a chevron b25, for jamie brashaw to compete in historic f2 is nearing completion. whilst his dfv engine is being finalised for his arrows f1 which will be out mid season. jamie sold his f2 march to steve allen who also plans some f2 outings this year as well as outings in his gathercole lola 212. robert oldershaw has had his fvc engine rebuilt for his gathercole lola 212 and is looking forward to doing more masters races in it. whilst another gathercole lola 212 is due to start racing this year and another is about to ship to the usa. we are still working through the huge number of engine rebuilds we have had this year, it looks very promising for some large grids with a great deal of enthusiasm already charging the atmosphere. ********************************************************************* ********************************************************************* november 2014 jon finch and andy huxtable score a 1-2 at the hscc open wheel race at the walter hayes festival. jon claimed the win and andy the fastest lap, great way to finish the year, well done. meanwhile, lorraine (with her bwrdc hat on) had been busy organising a ladies handicap race, and a turn out of 29 competitors secured a new british record for the most ladies in a motor race. and, they all enjoyed themselves. ********************************************************************* september 2014 at the spa six hours meeting, david had to withdraw as he had fractured his pelvis in 2 places the previous weekend, falling off his bike, during a 70 mile sportif. however, he made the trip to spa to support robert oldershaw in his lola 212 gathercole recreation in the fia masters sports car race. an engine problem (which was later discovered to have been caused by contaminated fuel) prevented robert, who had not raced at spa for some 10 years, from qualifying very well. fortunately, a spare engine was called for from base, and with no racing on saturday the engine change was a fairly simple matter. starting from 17th robert made good progress through the field until the pit-stops, when a misjudgment on his part meant he missed the pit-window, incurring a drive-through penalty. undeterred, robert re-joined and finished 13th overall and 2nd in class, greatful to everyone who had helped to get, and change, the engine to ensure he got a race. ********************************************************************* hscc recognise huge effort by david gathercole and his team in getting jamie brashaw a race in the gathercole chevron b25. august 2014 hscc oulton park gold cup 2014. robert oldershaw in a gathercole lola 212 with 1840cc fvc claimed second on the grid in saturdays qualifying for the hscc martini race, only outpaced by a later 'winged' lola 296. sunday afternoon's race was electrifying with the nimble 212 taking on the bigger, but heavier 296, with the drivers' swapping places time and again, but, at just after mid-distance, robert built an advantage and crept away. robert, understandably delighted with the win was even more pleased to have also secured the fastest lap also. a fantastic first oulton park 'gold cup' for a gathercole lola 212. ********************************************************************* hscc oulton park gold cup richard evans in his gathercole bdg powered march 79b, qualified a fantastic 2nd overall in the hscc derek bell trophy on saturday. there was no racing for dbt cars on sunday and so monday morning started with a brief 'warm-up', richard decided nothing would be gained by taking to the very wet track and saved himself and his car for the race. as the cars were being called to grid everyone had to make a late decision as the circuit, which had been very wet appeared to be drying, albeit slowly. the majority played 'safe' on wet tyres, but richard believed that it would dry and chose to start on slicks, with the 'team' on hand to do a tyre change after the formation lap if he felt it was the wrong decision. however, richard did not come in and the race started. richard dropped back to 3rd overall in the first lap, but it became clear quickly that the wet tyred cars were searching for water to cool their tyres, and richard's lap times improved dramatically. lap on lap he closed down michael lyons in his f5000 gurney eagle, until with a lap and half to go richard took the lead and went on to win the race outright in his f2 march. richard also claimed fastest lap by more than 2 seconds. in race two, which was restarted following an accident involving several cars, richard saw his early lead negated, and lost out to michael lyons in his f5000. richard was unable to repeat his first race overtake and had to settle for 2nd, however, he still claimed fastest lap and of course the class win. ********************************************************************* hscc oulton park gold cup andy huxtable in his gathercole restored chevron b34, with gathercole bda, claimed a well deserved 1st and 2nd in class and two overall 6ths in the hscc derek bell trophy races. ********************************************************************* sports 2000 at thruxton 16th august. in the championship round of the historic sports 2000 race young michael gibbins driving a gathercole pinto engined lola t290 claimed pole position. he then went on to achieve the fastest race lap. micheal lead from the start until the second from last lap, when the tyres started to go off, which meant he was unable to hold off a class b car. michael finished second overall and first historic. in the non championship joint pinto/duratec race on sunday, michael finished first pinto car. congratulations michael another fantastic weekend. photo is 'team gibbins' in pole position in the collecting paddock before the race at thruxton. ********************************************************************* david gathercole race preparation listed in motorsport news best of british companies top 20, alongside the likes of williams, mclaren and cosworth ********************************************************************* shane gifford won the meeting on the weekend of 9th/10th august at barbagallo raceway, australia and set a new lap record for group q - historic racing & sports racing cars (1970 – 1977). shane drives a 1972 722 march with a gathercole lotus twin cam. ********************************************************************* michael gibbins continues his success at pembrey on saturday 2nd august where he qualified third on old tyres. he put new tyres on for the race and was in to the lead by the second lap, he then pulled away to win overall by 18 seconds. also setting fastest historic lap time. ********************************************************************* july 2014 phil hall and nick padmore claimed the class win at the silverstone classic fia sportscar masters race, with robert oldershaw and david gathercole 2nd. both teams were driving lola 212's powered by our fvc engines. they also claimed 5th and 6th overall, only beaten by the more powerful lola t70's, and both had pit-stop dramas, so who knows what might have been! ********************************************************************* neil primrose and serge krikhoff excel at the le mans classic in their lola 210's. neil qualified 5th overall and serge 17th. in race 1, at night, neil finished 6th overall and serge 8th. in race 2, at dawn, neil suffered a broken gear linkage and could not finish whilst serge finished 15th. in race 3, neil came through from 59th to 6th overall with a best time of 4mins 26.9 seconds, his best time and fastest of the under 2 litre cars. whilst serge finished 15th, which gave him 8th in the overall classification and made him the highest placed under 2 litre car. well done boys. and well done lorraine on this un-orchestrated photo of both 210's on the start/finish straight. ********************************************************************* june 2014 at the oulton park sports 2000 meeting on 28 june michael gibbins, driving a gathercole prepared lola t590, qualified fastest in the historic class, and went on to be the first pinto engined car home in the first race, setting the fastest lap of the race in the process, and was the second pinto engined finisher in the second race - well done michael, and dad allan who was kept busy repairing a broken exhaust! gathercole racers do well at hscc autosport 3 hour meeting at snetterton on the 300 circuit. historic ff2000 racer nelson rowe took a second and first place and 2 fastest laps in his reynard sf79, whilst andrew storer in his pukka pie royale rp27 took a well deserved 3rd. on 1st june at the historic trophy nurburgring, martyn donn took another overall win and fastest lap in the historic monoposto race finishing over a minute ahead of his nearest rival in his lola t760 with a gathercole bda atlantic engine. also, on the 1st june clive wood took 2nd in class and fastest lap at silverstone in the classic clubmans race. clive races a mallock mk20 with gathercole engine. ********************************************************************* may 2014 a guest driver drove the gathercole lola 210 at the masters brands hatch festival and did very well indeed for his first time in the car. the conditions were at best difficult and our driver had a spin early in race 1, which put him back to last, but he soon set about making up the lost time and by the end of the race was 7th overall and 3rd in class with 4th fastest time. the second race was totally dry and all went well, and for a while our driver was 3rd overall and 1st in class, but slipped back to finish 2nd in class and another 4th fastest time. he also achieved 2nd in class in the combined results. ********************************************************************* gathercole engines speed to success at hscc silverstone international meeting. richard evans had two dominant wins in the derek bell races in his 79b march formula atlantic car. richards lap time of 2.02.16 was fastest of the entire weekend. richard finished race 1 with a lead of over 42 seconds and race 2 with 35. the gathercole lolas of david gathercole and robert oldershaw achieved class 1st and 2nd and overall 2nd and 3rd in both the hscc martini trophy races. other notable performances included john finch 3rd in class in derek bell trophy, and nigel correy 3rd in class in ff2000. ********************************************************************* at the second event of the year on the sports 2000 calendar at brands hatch on 10th may, michael gibbins, in a gathercole prepared lola t590, won his class, extending his winning run to three wins in three consecutive races. well done michael. photo courtesy of mike lambert/gridshots. ********************************************************************* the gathercole lolas take a 1 - 2 at the donington park historic meeting. david gathercole in his lola 210 recreation won the martini trophy race on saturday 3rd may, with robert oldershaw taking 2nd in his lola 212 recreation. david also secured the fastest lap in the race, which went on to be the fastest throughout the entire weekend. ********************************************************************* april 2014 at the jim clark revival ay hockenheim, martyn donn took 2 overall wins and fastest laps in the historic monoposto races. martyn runs a lola t760 with a gathercole bda atlantic engine. well done martyn. ********************************************************************* at the opening round of the srcc sports 2000 championship at silverstone on 27 april michael gibbins claimed the pinto powered cars pole, fastest lap and overall pinto win in a gathercole prepared 1980 lola t590. meanwhile rollo tomasi took a class win at the same event in his swift and anthony armelin took a class win at the urs classic ff2000 race at croft on saturday 26th. ********************************************************************* great weekend for our drivers at the hscc thruxton easter revival with class wins for jon finch, neil glover and clive wood in the derek bell trophy races, clive wood also took a class win in the classic clubmans race. and class top 3's for anthony armelin historic ff2000, lorraine gathercole in historic formula junior and andy huxtable in dbt. ********************************************************************* february 2014 our latest lola 212 re-creation was tested by it's new owner at donington park this week. initally the circuit was very wet, and took most of the morning to dry, then a wayward ginetta crashed into the pit wall and dug part of the surface up, so an early lunch was in order. the track now dry, rob went out on dunlops, and was immediately very quick, and happy. after a few more laps, dad seemed happy, and so did son, until it was time to put her away! ********************************************************************* december 2013 this is a photo of michael gibbins, aged 16, at the september brands formula ford festival, where he was 2nd in the historic only race on saturday, and first overall in the pinto race on sunday, in a gathercole engined 1980 lola t590; in so doing becoming the youngest ever sports 2000 championship race winner. he also won the brands hatch enduro (pinto overall) round earlier in the year. ********************************************************************* we would like to wish all our friends and customers a very merry christmas and a happy new year ********************************************************************* november 2013 another 3 wins from 3 starts for shane gifford in his lotus twin cam powered 1972 march 722. this time at barbagallo raceway, western australia 3/11/2013. well done shane. andy huxtable scored a 3rd overall and 1st in class in the hscc open wheel race at the walter hayes meeting. andy was driving his 1976 chevron b34 atlantic. ********************************************************************* september 2013 andrew storer ended his season with a fine 2nd overall in the hscc historic ff2000 race at brands hatch. andrew was racing his pukka pies royale rp27. lorraine gathercole took her lotus 18 formula junior to the goodwood revival to compete in the chichester cup and to also take part in the jim clark tribute parades. lorraine qualified 20th in the 30 car grid. after a fantastic start lorraine had climbed to 14th, when on lap 4 she had a big spin at the chicane, coming to rest on the wet grass, with a stalled car she lost some considerable time and places whilst restarting. lorraine kept her cool and came through to finish 18th. lorraine's lap time in the race secured her the goodwood revival 'fastest lap by a lady driver' award. ********************************************************************* lots of fantastic racing and fun at zandvoort. achievement of the weekend has to be martyn donn, who, in his gathercole bda powered lola t760, won both historic monoposto races outright and collected a fantastic chopard watch. steve allen and david shared his lola 212 and finished a well deserved 2nd in class, 4th overall and was easily the fastest of the fvc powered cars. andrew smith scored 2 more podiums and enough points in the f2 race to leave him leading the class as they prepare for the final round at dijon. ********************************************************************* july 2013 congratulations to all the gathercole drivers at the brands hatch superprix - especially nelson rowe - first overall with fastest lap in historic ff2000 - ford pinto ; richard evans second overall historic f2 - bdg; jon finch first in class historic f2 (atlantic) - bdd; philip gladman third overall historic f2 - bdg; phil hall second in class martini trophy - fvc; neil glover in derek bell trophy first in class, third overall - chevy; andrew storer 5th overall historic ff2000 - ford pinto. what a fantastic weekend - well done all of you. ********************************************************************* june 2013 shane gifford is currently competing in the western australian sporting car club state championship. his car is a 1972 march 722, with gathercole lotus twin cam, the car behind is a 1986 ralt rt4 driven by michael henderson the photo was taken 16th june 2013. so far this season shane has achieved three 2nd places - well done shane, we're looking forward to your first win. ********************************************************************* the gathercole lola 210 went to paul ricard in france for the opening round of the 2013 v de v historic series over the first weekend in june. jamie brashaw was to co-drive with david on this occasion, his first race in an historic sports car. after a 45 minute test session both drivers felt they knew the circuit well enough and agreed on the ratios for the race. qualifying took place late on friday evening and david went first and the car was comfortably second overall after 3 laps so david came in to allow jamie more time to get used to the car. he used this time to great avail and was fastest overall in 2 of the 3 sectors. they qualified 2nd. strict rules regarding re-fuelling meant a car could start the race with a maximum of 80 litres. the plan was to refuel at the same time as the driver change/compulsory pit stop. however, jamie came in early, and missed the re-fuelling area. david went out and made good progress and when the leading car came in for its pitstop the lola 210 took a very comfortable lead. unfortunately, it was not enough to accommodate an additional pitstop, so the decision was taken to drive the car and hope the fuel lasted, it didn’t, running out of fuel with less than 4 laps to go of the 2 hour race. despite refuelling at this late stage, the fuel system was unable to re-prime itself and the car couldn’t get back on track. however, the lead had been so great that they were still classified 5th overall, and clearly the car went very well, with no dramas. oh well, as they say, ‘that’s motor racing!’ ********************************************************************* may 2013 steve allen invited david to drive his lola 212 with him at brands hatch in the masters fia historic sports car championship race. they qualified an excellent 2nd overall only headed by a lola t70. steve started the race and despite a spin midway through his 30 minutes he handed the car over to david in 5th position. david then upped the pace and by the time the pitstop window had completed, at two thirds distance, david was up into 4th place, he then made steady progress on the cars in front and came through to 2nd, despite his best efforts he was unable to catch the leader. unfortunately, on this occasion the additional engine capacity of the lola t70 could not be overcome by the nimble fvc powered car, but david doesn't believe that will always be the case! steve and david were equally delighted at the continuing performance of the little yellow lola. david also joined lorraine in the gentleman drivers race on monday. having qualified 14th and 6th in class there was room for improvement. lorraine did the first stint and handed over to david. there followed a rather uneventful race with the couple getting up to 11th overall and 4th in class. ********************************************************************* meanwhile at spa, the historic f2 fraternity were not blessed with the same good weather we had in england for the bank holiday weekend, not that this worried andrew smith in his 742 march when he won both races. andrew smith's gathercole bdg engine didn't miss a beat and he won both races comfortably. ********************************************************************* steve allen drove the gathercole bdg powered chevron b25 at silverstone and was delighted to finish 2nd in class and 4th overall in the derek bell trophy. phil hall took class honours in his gathercole fvc powered lola 210 in both hscc martini races. ********************************************************************* jamie brashaw tested our recreation lola 210 at silverstone on 17 may despite the first session being plagued by red flags, jamie enjoyed his few laps. he then went out for a further session, and loved it so much he will now partner david in the v de v historic 2 hours race at paul ricard in just 2 weeks. ********************************************************************* nigel corrie scored his first urs classic ff2000 win at snetterton in his gathercole pinto powered van diemen rf82. ********************************************************************* may started with the donington historic festival and philip gladman made his first appearance of the season in his chevron b34d, as well as andrew smith in his 742 march. qualifying went well and andrew was second on the grid a mere 0.04 sec off pole. and philip was pleased to qualify 7th. the first race was not until late afternoon on saturday. but what a spectacular race, those that stayed were treated to the leading 6 cars which included andrew and philip jostling for position lap after lap. unfortunately, on lap 13 philip missed a gear and fearing he may have over-revved the engine he retired. however, andrew smith, kept battling to the very end and finished second, only half a second off the winner, and took fastest lap along the way. race 2 was early sunday morning, and with andrew on the grid in second and philip 4th, we looked forward to an entertaining race - and we were not disappointed. nick flemming initially led the race but always in close pursuit were andrew and philip until lap 13 when philip took the initiative, and the lead, next lap andrew took the lead which he held for 3 laps until philip took it back again, for a further 3 laps, only to loose his clutch and with it a hesitation and andrew smith was released and away for the win. philip hung on to take 4th place, which was disappointing having led for so long, but philip was pleased that his times were much closer to the front runners than ever before and he, and the car felt very good indeed. and andrew, he was just very pleased indeed. ********************************************************************* april 2013 hscc meeting at cadwell park the historic formula ford 2000 take to the track again, gathercole pinto powered nelson rowe led from lights to flag to win both races in his reynard sf79,with andrew storer securing a second and a third place in his royale rp27. ********************************************************************* lorraine gathercole is voted in as vice chair of the british women racing drivers' club (bwrdc). lorraine will be working alongside new chair, gail hill, and aims to increase the profile of the club as well as increase the benefits of membership. already a new award has been acquired which comes with a healthy cash and voucher package for performance in an historic car, kindly sponsored by vintage racecar and historica. ********************************************************************* lorraine gathercole receives invitation to compete at the goodwood revival in september. it has been lorraine's dream to compete at goodwood since first owning her lotus 18 junior, well this year, that dream is to come true. lorraine's lotus 18 was the ex-works car that belonged to trevor taylor, and in which he won the formula junior championship in 1960. trevor sadly passed away in 2010, but his sister, anita morrell, will be coming along to support lorraine. ********************************************************************* the 5th gathercole re-creation took to the race track at donington park at the masters official test day on april 4th. all went very well for the first lola t210 re-creation and it will now head to barcelona. ********************************************************************* march 2013 hscc easter revival meeting at thruxton saw many gathercole engines take to the track for the first time this year, it turned out to be a very cold couple of days, but great results helped warm the drivers and teams. andrew smith in his march bdg powered 742 claimed a 3rd and 2nd in the historic f2 races, andrew was also delighted to claim fastest lap in the second race. jim gathercole achieved another class win and fastest lap in the historic roadsports race in his mg midget. nelson rowe led from lights to flag to win the historic ff2000 race also claiming fastest lap in his pinto powered reynard sf79. ********************************************************************* jim gathercole takes class honours in the opening round of hscc historic roadsports. jim took his mg midget to donington park, his local circuit on 17 march, and much to his delight, in his old faithful midget, just back from its engine rebuild, he took the class win and fastest lap in very trying conditions. ********************************************************************* febuary 2013 race retro 2013 our lola 210 re-creation joined forces with the lola 212 re-creation that won the last 2 rounds of the hscc martini trophy at dijon in october. the 212 is now available for sale, as this year david intends to concentrate on the 210, in which he aims to compete in the historic v de v races and the 24 hour race at paul ricard in september. there was a lot of interest in both cars and david already has a number of drivers wishing to share the car in the v de v races. if sufficient numbers come forward there is the option to run 2 cars, so please don't hesitate to contact us if it might be of ineterest. race retro also brought about more interest in our engines and gearboxes and was considered a great success by all. ********************************************************************* lorraine gathercole wins the prestigious bwrdc chairmans trophy. ********************************************************************* january 2013 258 uur with some of the ladies at the autosport international show the le mans classic index of performance winning gathercole lotus elan was on display at the autosport international show at the nec 10th - 13th january on the bwrdc (british women racing drivers club) stand. view the 2011/12 news here. click here
